Oracle sues Google Android.
Oracle Corp. sued Google for alleged patent infringement and copyright of developing the Android software, the Internet giant would have failed allegedly "repeatedly."
Oracle alleges infringement on intellectual property related to the company Javal brought the case before a California federal court alleging that Google had infringed "knowingly, directly and repeatedly" intellectual property related to the Oracle Java during the development process Android. Oracle spokeswoman, Karen Tillman demand, mortal gold, "seeks appropriate remedies."
Some analysts said the lawsuit against the company Eric Schmidt may be a sign that Oracle intends to be more aggressive in the search for licensees of Java, a technology that is used on multiple Internet-based products.
